Immensely popular, the only restaurant in the mall that seems to have regular patronage, customers lined up all day.

At long last, I finally got a chance to sit down and have a meal at Jollibee, where I’ve previously had takeout on numerous occasions.  Given those two prior less-than-impressive experiences, I wasn’t looking forward to this meal.

Cheap, most sets under 100 pesos.

The food was mediocre as anticipated.  The bangus started out okay with a crispy crust in adobo-like soy-based sauce, but the flesh itself was fishy.   I doubt that I’ll ever return of my own volition.

I’m told that marinated bangus, typically in vinegar, doesn’t have this problem.  Because it’s the national fish, I’ll give it one more shot.
