Brooklyn is an American-style pizza restaurant chain.   Specializes in New York-style pizza – sizes are called “Manhattan” (small), “Queens” (medium), “Brooklyn” (large) – also offers Italian-American pasta favorites and, oddly enough, Filipino breakfast dishes.

The pizza was okay.  The crust was rather amateur in texture.  Too much anchovy, making the pizza too salty.  And the tomatoes were raw, tossed on top after the fact.  But the pie was edible overall.

Just opened a couple weeks ago.

I’ll forever close the book on TERRP once all the extant restaurants have been covered.  Those that open subsequently, too late.  Any that opens before I’m done, like Brooklyn, I’ll do.  While 12 restaurants have shut down during the past 6.5 months, only 1 has opened.  Several are under construction, have been for months, so I need to hurry before they’re complete – in this one context, I’m appreciating the Filipino take-it-easy attitude.
