Living above Robinsons Place, I’ve been eating my way through the mall.  As far as I know, nobody has ever done anything like this, my unique contribution to the city’s food/blog scene.

New Bombay is an Indian restaurant chain.  Founded 1994 in the Philippines.  Currently 7 locations around Metro Manila, all in malls.  Wide range of northern cuisine, from curry to tandoori, etc.

The fish tikka, made from cream dory, was mushy and bland.  Rule 2.0.

I’m beginning dislike cream dory, which I’d initially liked for its smooth texture and delicate flavor, but lately I’ve been finding the smoothness to be kinda slippery and the delicateness to be kinda insipid.
