Sauteed Croco Meat in XO Sauce

The 20th meal at this restaurant* but only the 2nd time for dinner (see most recently 5.356 Soya Cake with Three Kinds Mushroom).

*Second in frequency only to Tao Yuan (see most recently 6.009 Awful).

Curious that both restaurants where I’ve tried it–coincidentally both in XO sauce–refer to it as “crocodile/croco meat” as opposed to just “crocodile/croco;” I mean, they don’t say “chicken meat;” then again, this place has “ostrich meat” (yes, I’ll be posting a dish on ostrich meat someday soon)..

I’m beginning to think that crocodile (see generally 5.342 Crocodile Meat with XO Chili Sauce) could become my favorite air-breathing animal to eat, ideal balance of light + substantial (e.g., like lobster, my favorite non-air-breathing animal).
