Spaghetti with Lobster in Rosé Sauce

Summer Vacation, Day 12 (see previously 6.218 The Fatta the Lan).
2 full weeks with the wife and kids, the longest together since I relocated to Manila. 1 week in the Philippines — DONE — followed by 1 week in Korea — IN PROCESS. We arrived in Seoul last Saturday afternoon. I fly back to Manila this Saturday.
The plan had been to enjoy a quiet meal at my parents’ home, prepared by me. Alas, after everything had been cooked, as I was setting the table, D suddenly felt ill, so we had to bail, leaving my parents to eat everything by themselves.
Italian-themed, the centerpiece of the spread was my improvised take on the lobster pasta that we’d had at my father’s birthday party a few weeks ago (see generally 6.194 Lobster Spaghetti in Rose Sauce), using tomatoes from the cabin (see yesterday’s post).
