Pork Belly Sundubu Jjigae

With Pulmuone’s ever-reliable sauce base for sundubu jjigae.
But the addition of the pork belly, which I realized has been sitting in the freezer just a tad too long, was a mistake.
Reaffirms my growing conviction that meat dishes shouldn’t contain vegetables and vegetable dishes shouldn’t contain meat, although of course the dishes should ultimately come together at the table.
