First time getting takeout from this place (see most recently 6.274 File Minon).

The potato (patatas) and sausage (chorizo) stew (potajes) — creamy potatoes, spicy sausage, rich and smoky broth — ordinarily a surefire winner at the restaurant, didn’t fare so well upon transport.  Having cooled down, the oil had begun to pool on the surface, making the overall texture feel a bit greasy.
