Artichokes à la Milanese

Trying to emulate the very first dish that I experienced at My Kitchen (see generally 4.270 The Original…). Canned artichokes, dredged in flour, egg wash, pan-fried in oil — essentially jeon (see recipe 3.200 Saengseon Jeon), except for the Italian seasonings added to the eggs. Not bad, though the artichokes were a bit tart — could’ve used a creamy tomato sauce, like at the restaurant.
