In Seoul. Arrived Wednesday. Here to attend planning meetings Thursday and Friday for an upcoming event of the parliamentarian forum that had brought me to Seoul for work last July (see generally 6.178 Sliders). Spending the weekend at home. Scheduled to fly back to Manila today, but my back injury yesterday will likely keep me here for at least another week.

Screen Shot 2016-03-16 at 1.19.05 AM — Globally, McDonald’s has launched a “Create Your Own” campaign that allows customers to construct customised sandwiches by mixing and matching various components, seemingly higher in quality than the stuff that goes into their line burgers.

After a meeting with neighborhood moms at McDonald’s in the afternoon, W brought back a burger for me. All those choices, and this is the best that she could do. And by the time that she got home, it was cold.

I’ll reserve judgment until I can order one for myself.
