The last of it (see previously 7.042 Pastrami, Artichoke & Cheese…), sadly, gladly.

Four occasions over the past six days, this may be the most of any single food item that I’ve ever eaten within a limited time frame — and the most red meat that I’ve had in recent memory — it was that good, but enough is enough.

  1. If you’re ever in Montreal, give the Canadian variant a try! Montreal smoked meat is awesome.

  2. in fact, while doing some background research on pastrami, i did run across many references to Montreal’s famed “smoked meat,” which piqued my interest.

    i appreciate that, should i ever visit Montreal, i already have at least one food item on my list. (i’ll be sure to get your suggestions for others.)
