Casarecce in Tomato-Parmesan Sauce with Pastrami & Rucola

Four occasions over the past six days, this may be the most of any single food item that I’ve ever eaten within a limited time frame — and the most red meat that I’ve had in recent memory — it was that good, but enough is enough.
