By gracious invitation of colleague UK — whom I’d first met in PNG (see generally 5.276 Spicy Chicken Muchim), now based with us in the Regional Office — no special occasion, just a casual dinner at her home, cooked by her husband.
Based on the spread that he prepared tonight, UK’s husband may be the best Korean male home cook that I’ve ever encountered.
