Yes! Kimchi-based recipes always go best with SPAM, not regular cuts of pork or ham. That looks delicious right about now at 2:32am. I have munchies and I probably shouldn’t be reading you blog at this time. (PS: I’ve made a TON of comments on your most recent posts because it’s been so long since I last checked for new entries… sorry in advance!)
