Recon mission to determine the menu for the upcoming year-end dinner with the K staff.
The dotori muk sabal, not on the shortlist of items for review but a sudden unsolicited request from W, turned out to be quite nice – light, tangy, bittersweet, refreshing – so it’ll be a welcome addition to the spread next week.
