Partly instant, partly from scratch. Nowhere near the real thing (see most recently 7.149 Kids Jjajang Myeon) – like frozen pizza, the food industry has yet to develop a ready-made jjajang myeon kit that comes anywhere close to emulating the restaurant experience – but not bad for a quick mid-week meal.
