First time working with an air fryer, which turns out to be nothing more than a small electric convection oven.  PRO: it starts to cook instantly, and finishes the task within 20 minutes or less – albeit, anything that would require longer cooking wouldn’t be put in an air fryer at all.  CON: it works best with items (e.g., chicken wings, frozen fish sticks) that are already oily/fatty to begin with, and for the convection function (i.e., circulated air) to do its thing, pieces can’t be stacked/loaded.

Good for one appetizer portion.

The air fryer did a competent job of cooking the wings within a short time, but left the skins far from crispy, which is a no-go for me.
