Spent the past few days in Tokyo and beyond to oversee various preparations in advance of the upcoming Third Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentarian Forum on Global Health in August (see lastly 8.202 Clam and Spicy Soft Tofu). Stopping by Korea for a few days on the way back.

Milmyeon is a Korean noodle soup. Flour-based (mil) noodles (myeon) in a cold broth, originating in the south – similar to northern mul naeng myeon or mid-peninsular makguksu.

With the additional of Mom’s cucumber pickles, radish pickles, and (overcooked) boiled egg, it turned out okay for an instant product.
