Seven-Layer Chicken & Bean Sprout Burrito

Seven layers:
- Chicken & bean sprout stir-fry
- Cheese
- Refried beans
- Pico de gallo
- Sour cream
- Spanish rice
- Iceberg lettuce
Didn’t plan for this, just one of those days when the leftover bits and pieces in the fridge call for a burrito (see most recently 8.276 Seven-Layer Maya Maya Burrito).
Also didn’t plan for the stir-fry to be this wet, but the sprouts released more water than anticipated, so the whole burrito turned out a bit mushy.
