My current collection (a sliver of MJ can be seen at frame right).
Middle Eastern food – simple flavor profiles, with hints of spice – pairs nicely with whisky. Also good for buffets, as the dishes hold up well, sitting around at room temperature.

MJ, chair of the WHO-ADB Whisky Society (see generally 6.183 Deer Sausage) – soon transferring to Laos – has given me the nod to carry on, which means I’ll take custodianship of the Society’s library.
