My second go at making hummus (see previously 9.290 Hummus No. 1), this time using proper ingredients acquired from Jordan (see generally 9.337 Sundubu Jjigae).  The flavor was much improved, but the texture was still too think and chunky.  Also need to improve plating (see for example 9.331 Hummus!), which I tried to hide here with crackers.
