One motivation for moving to a house was so that I could set up a grill station – grilling over live coals being my favorite method of cooking. Other than random occasions at the cabin in Korea (4.119 Barbecued Chicken Adobo, 3.217 Barbecued Whole Chicken…) or while camping (7.109 Chicken Tikka…), I’ve always hoped for a more sustainable situation.
Tonight was just the start, getting to know the new grill.
So far, so good.
