While I am generally opposed to the modern Korean trend of gentrifying the names of food dishes, which would demand the renaming of bindae ddeok to the more politically correct nokdu jeon (see generally 1.122 Bindae Ddeok), I am inclined to refer to this as nokdu jeon, because it is not a traditional bindae deok with minced pork and fernbrake, but made primarily with ground nokdu (mung beans).

I will post a recipe next time.
