Stir-Fried Sprouts & Mizuna

Mizuna is a green vegetable.  Popular in Japan as an ingredient in salad, stir-fries, and soups.  Has a delicate peppery/spicy flavor, similar to mustard greens.

Until seeing the package in the Japanese grocery store a couple days ago, I was unaware of their existence.  They looked so appealing that I couldn’t resist buying them on spec.

Alas, under my heavy hand, they turned out over-seasoned, overcooked, and overwhelmed by the sprouts.

Nevertheless, it was a fine meal.
