USDA Prime striploin – perhaps the best beef that I’ve purchased in the Philippines yet.
First, grilled over live coals.
Then, finished in the air-fryer.
I am amazed at myself that I can arrive home at 1800 and still fire up the bbq and assemble a full spread of sides, including whipped potatoes and buttered carrots & corn, entirely from scratch, by 1900.
