Baked Chili Beef & Cheese Tortiglioni

Previous attempts had turned out been a bit dry (see for example 11.022 Baked Tortiglioni Chili-Beef-Bean Sauce), so this time I doubled up the sauce, which was absorbed by the pasta during the bake to amp up the flavor and juiciness.
