Guksu Namu (국수 나무) is a Korean chain restaurant. Specializes in fresh handmade noodles.
The restaurant’s signature dish, Saeng (생)(fresh) Myeon (면)(noodle) Guksu (국수)(noodle)*, was pretty good. The fresh noodles were lively and chewy. The broth was a decent anchovy-stock soup with the toppings of a standard janchi guksu. Good for a quick snack.
* “myeon” + “guksu” is something of a redundancy, although “guksu” is often used specifically in reference to noodle soup, as here
