Try Every Rice Dish at Shanghai (see TERDS)

I can’t recall ever seeing someone, other than me, order songibap.

At Shanghai, the dish comes in a light gravy, rather than the typical garlic-chili sauce.  3 kinds of mushrooms + bamboo shoots + bokchoy + tiny shrimp, plus fried rice underneath.  Kinda bland, but kinda good in its delicateness – Korean-Chinese cuisine is not known for subtlety.
