I love pepper, my favorite spice.  I use 3 types: (1) freshly cracked black pepper, (2) ground black pepper, and (3) ground white pepper – each for different applications, none interchangeable for another.

For (2), my brand is Ottogi Black Pepper Powder.  It has the flavor of (1) with the texture and aroma of (3).

Black Pepper Power Ramen is a new product by Ottogi.  Instant noodles with powdered soup base – just add hot water.  Comes in 2 versions: (1) Beef Bone Stock, (2) Spicy.

The Black Pepper Power Ramen – Beef Bone Stock was very nice.  Essentially like seolleong tang, with the kick of black pepper.  This could become my go-to instant noodle product.
