Bun Hai San

solo
Bun Hai San is a Vietnamese dish. Vermicelli noodles (bun) in a spicy soup with seafood (hai san).

Since I don’t really eat meat these days, the restaurant’s signature beef pho is off the table, and for some reason they’re often out of stock on chicken pho, so bun hai san it usually is. Which is fine, because it’s pretty good.

After the opening of the YISS book fair today, I came back to the office to restock a few unexpected best sellers, and had a quick dinner before heading home.
