Passing through Itaewon for a quick errand after work, I stopped by my (current) favorite kebab joint for takeout.
A kebab sandwich would be an ideal dish for pairing with chili crisp, but I’d forgotten to secure a portion of James’ hand-made version (see 14.280 Everyday Savory Chili Crisp with Greek Yogurt (+ Potato Crisps + Bagel Bits), so I tried some stuff from a jar. It wasn’t that great, providing a touch of heat but no flavor.
