For some reason, I’m not such a fan of IKEA meatballs anymore.  Loved them at first (see generally 11.185 Spaghetti & Allemansrätten Meatballs), but lately they seem rather subpar – whether due to shift in personal preference, or change in formulation.  Suspecting the latter, as even the boys don’t dig them so much these days.

To use up the remaining package – too many for a single sandwich, but not enough for two – I plated the components separately on a platter and hoped the portions would work out in the end.
