With leftover beef from the ribeye that I’d purchased a couple weeks back for the roast (see 15.023 Roast Ribeye).
After tonight’s application, I still have 4.1 kg remaining.
I also have 1.1 kg left from the blade last weekend (see 15.030 Roast Blade, Reverse-Seared (Sorta)).
So, for the time being, no more roasts – instead, a lot of beef dishes.
Incidentally, I’m still trying to reduce my red meat consumption, though roast beef would seem to be the exact opposite.
