Continuing to be inspired by Jjajang Myeon Rhapsody (see generally 15.035 Jjang Myeon).

Whereas Shanghai is our go-to delivery joint, and yuni version is our default jjajang myeon, the standard jjajang myeon was also very good, almost the same, perhaps a bit less meat.
