Combing this (see 14.330 Chicken & Mushrooms) with that (see 15.006 Chicken with Fettucine in White Wine Sauce), plus spinach for a pop of color and a touch of bittersweetness.

Casillero del Diable Chardonnay Reserva (2.5): my go-to wine brand these days, most bottles priced 9,900 won.
Sauce needs to be a bit thicker, creamier – less wine next time, more butter.
