Good. Though labelled as “tomahawk,” the tonkatsu came pre-sliced, off the bone, so missing not a tomahawk. Pork was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. Panko crust was light and crispy. The best part of the meal were the variety of condiments on the tray, allowing for different flavor profiles in every bite. Steamed rice and miso soup to round out the meal.
