Following yesterday’s lesson on frying eggs, DJ was tasked to make the entire batch for today’s lunch.

The eggs came in the context of AHQFGT (At-Home, Quick-Fix, Go-To).  This once family favorite meal hasn’t been featured in over 2.5 years (see most recently 12.347 AHQFGT Bravo).  To reduce our intake of processed meats, I’ve long since stopped stocking SPAM – 1 of 4 essential components of AHQFGT, along with steamed rice + fried eggs + kimchi – so that last time the meat was bacon (yes, also processed but in a different way) (bacon = “bravo”).  This time, I used sausages (yes, also processed but from Belgium!) (sausage = “sierra”), which kinda weird.  The pan-fried dubu made it deluxe.   Anyway, it was all good.
