GSIS Book Fair Spring 2024 (Day 2 of 3)

The book fair was a wash – at a total of 1,959,000 won in revenue for the day, a record low in IRIS history (by comparison, we sold more than 25,000,000 won on the first day at YISS a couple weeks ago).  Granted, it’s a relatively small school, and we only brought a selection for the elementary grades, but I was expecting at least 4 million.

An old standby for dinner (see most recently 15.056 Chicken & Mushrooms with Fettucine in White Wine Sauce), finally getting the plating right, both to make it look good and to preserve the textures of the components.
