The ONE: ddeokbokki (see for example 5.069 Ddeokbokki).   (Though personally I prefer sundae, so long as the proprietor agrees to pour a bit of ddeokboki sauce on top, which often comes with a couple freebie ddeokbokki cakes thrown in (see for example 3.134 Sundae in Ddeokbokki Sauce)).

The DEUCE: ddeokbokki + sundae (see for example 4.363 Ddeokbokki + Sundae).

The TRINITY: ddeokbokki + sundae + twigim (see for example 3.164 The Trinity).

The QUATRO: ddeokbokki + sundae + twigim + odeng  (see for example 4.166 Full Set11.152 The Quad).

The PENTAX: ddeokbokki + sundae + twigim + odeng + ggoma gimbap (generally 12.148 Ggoma Gimbap).

The Pentax [clockwise from bottom left]: ggoma gimbap (3.0) + odeng (3.0) + sundae (1.5) + ddeokbokki (3.0) + assorted twigim (2.0).
That’s about it.  Some places may offer additional items, like noodle soup (see for example 4.004 Udong), but the 5 items comprising The Pentax are quintessential, quite literally.

DID YOU KNOW: The word “quintessential” derives from the Latin “quinta (five)” + “essentia (essence).”  In addition to the four terrestrial elements of earth, air, water, and fire, scholars from ancient Greece (and those that followed, all the way through the 19th century) believed that ether was the fifth element, “the material that fills the region of the universe beyond the terrestrial sphere.”
