In advance of Chuseok, which starts tomorrow, which we’ll be celebrating at the cabin with my side of the family, W’s parents came over for lunch.

Beyond the crab itself, I took bits of meat to improvise, based on my recent experiments with egg drop soup (see for example 15.241 American-Chinese Egg Drop Soup), a very respectable Chinese crab & corn soup as a starter; then finished off the meal with tomalley rice, which I’ve done before (see for example 11.355 King Crab Tomalley Rice).  But forgot to take photos.
