Chilli (Whole) Shrimp

With leftover sauce from the other day (see generally 16.008 Chilli Red Shrimp).

With whole shrimp this time. Each shrimp was cut down the top of the shell and deveined, then deep-fried in oil and set aside. The sauce was reheated in the oil, now infused with full shrimp flavor from the heads and shells. Shrimp were added back to pan and tossed in the sauce/oil. Infinitely better, totally worth the extra hassle, including the mess to peel the shrimp at the table while eating them.
