Ollien is an Italian(ish) restaurant.  The menu offers various pastas and pizzas, as well as steaks.  Franchise chain with dozens of locations across the country.

Laughably amateur.   The pasta pescatore seemed like the safest bet, though one that would give some indication of the kitchen’s competency: the bits of seafood were clearly from a bag of frozen seafood mix, the sauce was weirdly goopy with chunks of undercooked/bitter garlic, the pasta was overcooked, and WTF with the microgreen garniture?!  Overall, the impression was not the bland soullessness of a typical franchise chain but the clumsy ineptitude of a solo operator who has no idea what he’s doing.

The bread was way sweet, as if sugar had been sprinkled on it – again, as if the chef had said, “Bread should be sweet, right?”
