Gesal Bokkeumbap is fried rice topped with crab (gesal).  With the inevitable jjajang sauce on the side, it ends up tasting like every other kind of fried rice – i.e., jjajang.

It wasn’t that great, even by TERDS standards.  Couldn’t quite tell if the crab was real or minced artificial crab, or perhaps a mix of both – in any case, didn’t have much flavor.  Neither did the rice.  No choice but to smother everything in the jjajang sauce.
