Followed the recipe (see generally 3.278 Tyler Florence’s Dad’s Meatloaf), which has always been reliable (see most recently 12.042 Meatloaf), but it turned out weird this time, maybe because I used crappy beef (see generally 16.333 Grilled US Fresh Beef Choice Boneless Rib).
