Fat Boy Burger is an American restaurant.  Offers burgers and wings.  Part of a franchise chain currently with 8 locations.

Fat Boy Burger is their signature item, presumably.  Comprises a 120-g beef patty + American cheese + bacon + caramelized onions + tomato + lettuce + pickles + special sauce, in a plain bun.

It was okay.  Bacon shoulda been crisper.  Caramelized onions made everything messy, as they always do (the ordering app didn’t appear to offer a withhold option).  But the generous patty, oozy cheese, and squishy grilled bun showed promise – like maybe a plain cheeseburger next time.
