The wrappers had dried out in the freezer, wouldn’t quite roll/stick properly, even with egg wash, ultimately falling apart in the fryer.
As far back as I can recall, I’ve never failed so miserably in the construction of an entire meal, though in my defense the flavors weren’t too bad.
