After completing his first semester at Cal – Go Bears! – DJ returned home this evening.
For dinner, we ordered his favorite food: gukbap.
Tonight was the first time in 130 days that we’ve eaten together as a family of four (see most recently 16.220 Heavy on the Hangjeong – The Final “Family” Meal),
In contrast to the excellent gukbap (see generally 16.313 Spicy Andong Beef Gukbap), the galbi tang was disappointingly competent.
