Cycle 16 – Item 354

25 (Thu) December 2025

Kou Shui Ji (Gusugye)

1.5

at Sichuan House

-Sinsa, Gangnam, Seoul, Republic of Korea-

with the Family, In-Laws

Ku Shui Ji is a Sichuanese dish.  Chicken is poached, sliced, topped with soy sauce + chili oil + Sichuan peppercorns.  The name of the dish means “mouth () watering (水) chicken (雞).”

Whatever – both the dish, as well as the food overall, which was mediocre across the board this time.
