After a visit to the hospital, I dropped by to get another taste of naengi jjambbong (see most recently 17.086 Naengi Jjambbong), only to find that it’s no longer “in season.”

So I went with sacheon tang myeon, which would seem to be essentially the same thing sans naengi, but it turned out to be terribly bland and flat.   Even worse, it came loaded with strips of bell pepper.
