Mac & Cheese Double Beef Burger is a sandwich at McDonald’s Korea.   Comprised of the components in the item’s name, plus lettuce and tomato.  Limited time offer.

As anticipated, it was absurd and gross.  Why would anyone want pasta in a burger?  And specifically, why mac & cheese, a dish Koreans generally aren’t familiar with?  Possibly the dumbest thing to come out of McDonald’s Korea.
