Liquid Seasoning, a product by Knorr, essentially MSG in a bottle, unique in flavor, perhaps somewhere between soy and worcestershire, though entirely like neither, a local favorite found on every table, particularly at cheaper establishments, like street food stalls — with all due respect to the Filipino palate, it’s kinda icky.

Hard to believe that my first grocery shopping trip here in Manila (see generally 5.014 Sautéed Kangkong…) — where I acquired this bottle, which I won’t be taking with me this time— was 2 years and 5 months ago.
